AAS Splinter Session
Tuesday, January 6th, 10:00am – 2:00pm
Erika Hamden (University of Arizona) and the Eos Team are soliciting for 15-minute talks on the subject of: Cycles of galaxy growth and star formation in the FUV. . This session will focus on how wide field spectroscopy of the ISM, molecular clouds, and the CGM can reveal critical and missing details about the cycles of galaxy evolution and star formation. These splinters are open to all researchers who are interested in studying the cycles of diffuse gas with spectroscopic observations at any wavelength, but with an emphasis on science cases using the FUV. Additionally, we would love talks from all wavelengths related to baryon cycles, at low and high redshift
This Splinter Session will be Tuesday, January 6th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The schedule will consist of talks on the topics listed above. Breakfast, Lunch, Coffee, and Tea will be provided throughout the splinter. The final schedule will be posted with the AAS agenda.
We invite you to propose to present a talk on this subject and request anyone interested in being a panelist indicate that using the form below.
