Osome and 500 Startups announced a partnership to bring exceptional startups to Singapore.

Osome, an online platform for business management, entered into an agreement with 500 Startups, a venture fund and startup accelerator. Osome joined Global Launch program which connects startups from all over the world to Silicon Valley and Singapore. The program is supported by government agency Enterprise Singapore and is aimed to maintain promising startups and their activities. It also focused on helping these startups to enter the Singapore market.

Together with 500 Startups, Osome will develop an ecosystem of startups in Singapore. To that end, Osome will provide its participants with experience in company formation, bookeeping and other corporate administration services.

Director of Innovation and Partnership 500 Startups Thomas Jeng, commenting on the conclusion of a strategic partnership, said that Global Launch invites startups from all over the world to Singapore, 500 startups pave the way for successful startups in Southeast Asia, supporting startups and investors through educational programs, events, conferences. Collaborating with Osome as a network partner, according to Thomas Jeng, will make registration and administration processes fast and efficient for program participants and founders so that they can devote their time to expanding their business.

Since its founding in Silicon Valley, 500 Startups has invested in more than 2,300 companies through their 5 global funds and 15 thematic funds dedicated to specific geographic markets or verticals. At the moment, it is one of the most active venture capital firms in the world. Their Global Launch program has attracted startups to the region from around the world, helping to create thriving global ecosystems. In Singapore, the program is supported by Enterprise Singapore, a government agency supporting the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Singapore, empowerment, innovation, transformation and internationalization. For entrepreneurs, this Singapore can be the starting point of their activities to expand the Southeast Asian market.
