The 2024 travel summit spotlighted remarkable advancements in the industry. According to Trip.com Group, hotel and flight bookings soared by over 60% year-on-year, showcasing robust global demand. The Asia-Pacific region led this resurgence, recording a more than 70% year-on-year increase in bookings, with international flight bookings nearly doubling compared to last year.
