National Ability Center Elevates the Season with Red, White & Snow Weekend, Showcasing Culinary Artistry and Ski Thrills in Park City
Wednesday, February 5, 2025
The National Ability Center (NAC) is excited to announce the return of its annual Red, White & Snow fundraising weekend. This premier event will take place in Park City, Utah, from Wednesday, March 5 through Saturday, March 8, bringing together renowned chefs and winemakers to highlight extraordinary culinary delights, exquisite wines, and unparalleled skiing adventures. Proceeds from the event will help the National Ability Center continue serving over 5,400 individuals and provide more than $6.5 million in program subsidies and scholarship funding.
“This year, our goal is to craft dishes that not only complement the wines but also tell their unique stories—the vineyards’ history, the farms’ heritage and the creativity behind every pairing. Each plate invites guests to savor a journey of flavors, textures and connections, making this event truly unforgettable,” said Brooks Kirchheimer, the 2025 honorary restaurateur. “Red, White & Snow is more than food and wine—it’s a celebration of culture, craftsmanship and community, and as a Park City local, I’m proud to take part in supporting the National Ability Center.”
The signature event features six unique experiences:
Collectors’ Dinner – Wednesday, March 5: Returning by popular demand, this exclusive gathering invites wine aficionados to savor rare vintages in an intimate atmosphere.
Uncorked – Thursday, March 6: Enjoy a spirited tasting event complete with vintners, gourmet food stations, and live music.
Wine on the Mountain – Friday, March 7: Revel in a retro party vibe featuring wine tastings paired with lunch.
Vintner Dinners – Friday, March 7: Participate in twenty-seven intimate dining settings where you can engage directly with both the winemaker and chef.
Gala Dinner & Auction – Saturday, March 8: The marquee event of the weekend, showcasing fine dining, a thrilling live auction, and a celebration of NAC’s significant impact.
After Party – Saturday, March 8: Cap off the evening with a dance party led by DJ Dolph as you celebrate the weekend’s festivities.
This year’s event boasts standout wineries, including Verite—an award-winning boutique operation established in 1998, known for crafting three flagship blends and producing roughly 5,000 cases annually. …
