The company reported adjusted earnings of 14 cents per share while analysts polled by LSEG forecast 11 cents a share. Revenue came out at $828 million for the period, while analysts called for $776 million. Palantir’s chief executive Alex Karp said much of the company’s growth is due to its use of artificial intelligence. Healthpeak Properties — The real estate investment trust company’s stock jumped about 2% after Healthpeak gave strong quarterly results and increased its quarterly dividend by 1.7%. For the fourth quarter, the company reported adjusted funds from operations of 46 cents per share and revenue of $698 million, while analysts polled by FactSet expected FFO of 45 cents a share on revenue of $689.7 million. Kyndryl Holdings — The IT infrastructure company slipped nearly 2% after fiscal third-quarter revenues came in shy of Wall Street’s expectations. Kyndryl reported $3.74 billion in revenue for the period, while analysts polled by LSEG sought $3.81 billion.
