The GeoTour is a signature event leading up to the 250th anniversary of the United States in 2026, offering an interactive avenue for discovering Maryland’s Civil War sites, landmarks, and untold stories.A New Way to Explore History: Geocaching Meets Heritage in MarylandGeocaching, a fun and free activity that uses GPS technology to help participants search for hidden caches in designated locations, will be the main feature of this new GeoTour.
