The fire has since been extinguished [Julie J, @Malkowski6April via AP Photo]The suspect ran a vehicle into the front door of the church, exited and opened fire with an assault rifle at people inside, Renye told reporters, adding that “hundreds of people” had been in the church attending a service at the time.The local police chief also confirmed that ten gunshot victims had been taken to a hospital, including one person who later died.Renye said the authorities believed the gunman deliberately set the church on fire before he was killed by police.
