The city recently hosted the Travel & Tourism Fair (TTF) Hyderabad 2025, which served as a platform for the state to highlight its growing tourism potential. This two-day event, held at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC), brought together over 150 exhibitors, tourism professionals, and destination management companies (DMCs) from around the world. With more than 4,000 professionals participating, the event helped establish valuable connections and showcased opportunities for business growth in the tourism space.During the inauguration, Jupally Krishna Rao, the Minister for Prohibition & Excise, Tourism & Culture, emphasized that tourism is a powerful engine for employment generation, investment, and infrastructure development. He announced the launch of an action plan designed to further develop tourist destinations in Telangana, which would be executed under the guidance of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. The Bathukamma Festival, a traditional flower festival, was launched at TTF Hyderabad as a prelude to the statewide celebrations. The festival, which will run from September 21 to 30, 2025, will begin at the historic 1,000-Pillar Temple in Warangal and spread across the state.
