October 9, 2025The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has reaffirmed its commitment to promoting inclusive tourism by actively engaging in the World Summit on Accessible Tourism 2025 (WSAT 2025), which took place from October 5–7 at the Lingotto Conference Centre in Turin, Italy. The event, which aimed to produce a more inclusive and accessible tourism environment worldwide, was participated in by TAT. Speaking on behalf of Thailand at this elite gathering, Mr. Nithi “Nutty” Subhongsang, Managing Director of Nutty Adventure and Vice President of the Association of Thai Travel Agents (ATTA), was instrumental in presenting Thailand’s exemplary initiative towards inclusive tourism.The theme of WSAT 2025, “Destination for All,” underscored the importance of building an open, inclusive, and accessible tourism ecosystem that welcomes individuals with disabilities, senior citizens, families, and those with mobility or other limitations.
