In northern Thailand, the Amazing Thailand Phayao Countdown Flora Fest 2026 is set to be one of the most visually spectacular events of the year. Running from 28 to 31 December 2025, the festival takes place at Pho Khun Ngam Mueang Monument Plaza and the picturesque Kwan Phayao. Paying tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother, this event will spotlight Phayao’s natural beauty, cultural heritage, and local hospitality, offering a unique combination of floral art exhibitions, large-scale lighting installations, and vibrant drone performances from 29 to 31 December.

In Su-ngai Kolok, located in Narathiwat in Thailand’s deep south, the Amazing Thailand Su-ngai Kolok Countdown 2026 will offer a celebration of cultural richness and regional creativity. Running from 28 to 31 December 2025 at Sirindhorn Public Park, the event highlights the cross-border cultural connection between Thailand and Malaysia. The countdown will feature decorative lighting, live concerts, and a blend of traditional and contemporary performances, creating a dynamic atmosphere that reflects the region’s diverse artistic heritage.
As a border town, Su-ngai Kolok plays a significant role in the tourism gateway between Thailand and Malaysia.
