From January 16 to 18, the Tower will transform into a lively, family-friendly attraction, inviting both locals and visitors to try something new. This special three-day event is expected to draw attention due to its unique offerings, which highlight Malaysia’s cultural and natural diversity.The 100 Bear Exhibition: A Tribute to Malaysia’s WildlifeThe centrepiece of the event is the “100 Bear Exhibition”, which will feature 100 life-sized mascot statues scattered across various levels of the Kuala Lumpur Tower. These mascots are inspired by the Malayan Sun Bear, a native species of Malaysia that is protected by conservation laws. The exhibition offers visitors the opportunity to explore multiple areas of the Tower, including the Tower Terrace, Observation Deck, and Sky Terrace, while snapping memorable photos against the backdrop of the city’s stunning skyline.The mascots are split into two groups: Wira and Manja. These charming figures, each measuring up to life size, embody the characteristics of the Malayan Sun Bear. The design of these mascots captures the essence of this unique animal and offers a visual representation of Malaysia’s dedication to preserving its natural heritage.
