The event will be hosted at Rafaelhoteles Atocha, which will serve as both the official venue and sponsor. Positioned ahead of the annual Fitur tourism trade gathering, the January event is scheduled to bring together travel-focused decision-makers from multiple international markets within a structured, appointment-driven format. The tradeshow is organized by MITM Events, a company active in the organization of cultural and MICE-focused B2B events since 1997. The Madrid edition follows a format that has been implemented across several previous host cities, maintaining a controlled scale and a focus on prearranged professional meetings within a hospitality-based setting.
