Rob Carver

Rob Carver has over 33 years of federal service in financial management, program analysis, allocation of program resources, and management of people and processes, including over twenty years of management experience developing and implementing program resources and management solutions. He currently serves as the Director of Resources Management for the Space Technology Mission Directorate (STMD) at NASA Headquarters, responsible for the overall management of the mission directorate’s approximately $900 million to $1 billion annual budget.  Prior to his current assignment, Carver was Director of the Agency Workforce Strategy and Transformation Office in Human Capital at NASA Headquarters. Carver also served as the Director of the Mission Support Resources Management Office, where he led budget formulation and execution for the $3.8 billion NASA mission support budget, providing the resources to operate ten NASA centers, thirteen enterprise functions, four agency technical authorities, and construction and environmental compliance budgets. 
Before working in the Mission Support Directorate, Carver served as the Director for the Constellation Program Resources Management Office at Johnson Space Flight Center (JSC).  During his time at JSC, Carver also served as the Manager for the International Space Station (ISS) Resources Management Office.
