Exclusive Culinary Creations by Chef Jet Tila
As part of its Lunar New Year festivities, Yaamava’ Resort & Casino is bringing back Food Network star Chef Jet Tila for a special culinary experience. Guests can indulge in his expertly crafted Asian-inspired dishes at two of the resort’s top dining venues.
At bEATS, the resort’s new fast-casual hotspot, Chef Tila will offer a selection of bold and contemporary dishes from January 20 to March 31. These include the Viral Thai Dumpling Bake, Dynamite Salmon Bowl, and Thai Sweet Heat Wings, among others. At Hong Bao Kitchen, running from February 17 to 24, Chef Tila will elevate the flavors of Lunar New Year with unique dishes like New Year’s Ultimate Fried Rice and Typhoon Lobster with Garlic Rice.
In addition to these creations, Yaamava’ will feature an indulgent eight-day Hong Kong Lobster feast at the Serrano Buffet from February 17 to 24, where guests can enjoy all-you-can-eat lobster for $79.95 per person. …
