We propose a Roman hIgh-redshift transient SciencE (RISE) end-to-end pipeline with two primary objectives: (1) To provide the community a stacked image subtraction and alerts pipeline, augmenting the RAPID pipeline. The proposed work will push sensitivity deeper by 1 – 2 magnitudes, enabling the detections and detailed studies of high-redshift transients. (2) To build post-alert characterization and prioritization machinery to identify high-z transients of interest for both dedicated science and coordinated follow-up campaigns using multiple ground and space-based telescope facilities.
