The event streams live from Yangjiang to create a special travel experience that shows international audiences the traditional Chinese culture of the Spring Festival. The China Media Group (CMG) and Guangdong Province organised the gala, which lasted for 20 hours and provided viewers with an interactive experience through its combination of live performances, cultural shows and travel content.Celebrating the Spring Festival in GuangdongYangjiang, a coastal city located in Guangdong, set the stage for this year’s edition of the gala. The event included vibrant segments such as “Have Fun in Guangdong,” “Let’s Celebrate the Chinese New Year in Guangdong,” and “Please Visit Yangjiang during the Chinese New Year,” each designed to promote the beauty and cultural significance of the region. Representatives from all 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong, as well as nine other cities from eight provinces, participated in showcasing their unique cultural tourism offerings.A Virtual Tour of Guangdong’s Scenic SpotsOne of the most engaging elements of the event was the interactive livestream, which allowed viewers to explore several iconic travel destinations.
