He obtained the funds through his company, Crown Auto Parts & Recycling LLC, by misrepresenting employee numbers, omitting his criminal history, and falsifying his intended use of the money. The funds were ultimately directed toward other ventures, including a $420,000 cryptocurrency investment, and the company had ceased operations before the loan application.
Agnello, who gained public attention as a teenager on the reality television program “Growing Up Gotti” in the mid-2000s, is now 40 years old.
