Microsoft stated it processes more than one trillion security signals daily and works with 1.6 million customers, providing substantial training data.

MAI-Cyber-1-Flash integrates with MDASH, a multi-model system combining 100 security-focused AI agents introduced previously. According to Microsoft, this combination achieved a 96 percent score on CyberGYM benchmarking, exceeding competitors including Anthropic’s Mythos, Google Gemini, and OpenAI GPT. The revised MDASH offering costs approximately half as much as the previous version.

Microsoft also introduced Project Perception, a platform employing specialized AI agents for vulnerability discovery, risk assessment, and corrective action. The company stated the tool can perform 90 percent of security tasks at lower cost than comparable offerings, with customers potentially only requiring more expensive alternatives for the remaining 10 percent of work.
