Nilsson stated that despite comprehensive efforts to restructure operations and finances, no viable solutions emerged that would permit the group to continue in its present configuration. He emphasized the company’s commitment to facilitating an orderly insolvency process, maintaining transparency, and collaborating with court-appointed administrators to preserve economically sustainable operations and employment positions where feasible.
