Spanish La Liga club Sevilla have completed the acquisition of Scottish striker Robbie Ure from Swedish Allsvenskan side IK Sirius. Ure’s professional career began at Rangers, where he made three first-team appearances and scored once. He subsequently transferred to Belgian club Anderlecht in 2023, though limited to just one senior appearance there. At the international level, Ure previously represented Scotland’s Under-19 squad and remains eligible to play for Ukraine. However, the player indicated to BBC Scotland earlier that he prefers to await selection for Scotland’s senior national team, commonly known as the Tartan Army.
