Pretty Pictures, led by producers Zeeshan Ahmad and Pretty Aggarwal, selected Singh based on his established body of work centering marginalized communities. Following completion of the short film, Pretty Pictures intends to collaborate with Singh on his subsequent feature film during the early part of next year.
