Adam Fan, a Chinese performer also known as Fan Chengcheng, has unveiled his first full-length album sung entirely in English titled “Skyfall.” The release includes an accompanying music video for the lead single “Make It Make Sense.”
The album was produced through a collaboration between international production company Hits Rhythm and A WW Productions. The production team includes Grammy-nominated Western music producers who contributed to various tracks.
Fan initially gained recognition as a competitor on the Chinese television program “Idol Producer” and subsequently became a member of the boy group Nine Percent before pursuing a solo career. Beyond music, he has appeared in television dramas and entertainment programs such as “The Journey Across the Night” and “Keep Running.” He maintains a combined social media presence exceeding 100 million followers across platforms in China and Asia.
The album’s title track was cowritten by American artist Lawson, who has contributed writing work to projects by The Weeknd and Playboi Carti. The track “Make It Make Sense” was created and produced by Puku, whose production credits include work with artists such as Partynextdoor and Drake. The album contains additional songs including “Go Girl,” “TTTM,” “Error,” “Make It Rock,” “Pink,” and “Heard of Us.”
In a statement, Fan expressed enthusiasm about sharing the album globally, characterizing “Skyfall” as representative of his genuine musical interests and desired creative direction.
