Ugreen offers three hub configurations with varying levels of computational power. The entry-level HA100 provides basic rule-based automation and simple voice commands, the HA100 Pro adds semantic understanding and context awareness, while the MasterAgent MA100 features the most advanced processing capability via an NVIDIA Jetson platform. The system also functions as a network-attached storage device for personal files including photos, music, and videos.
The HomeAgent supports multiple connectivity standards including Matter, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Thread, Bluetooth, and others, allowing integration with third-party smart home devices from various manufacturers. Ugreen is also launching accompanying products including a smart speaker, multiple security cameras, and a digital photo frame. The company will debut the HomeAgent on Kickstarter in October with promotional pricing, though full retail pricing has not yet been disclosed. Other manufacturers including SwitchBot, Reolink, and Aqara have introduced similar local-first smart home solutions, indicating growing market interest in privacy-focused alternatives to cloud-dependent systems.
