The base X500 model uses the Dimensity 9600M variant.
The three phones in the series offer display sizes ranging from 6.36 inches to 6.85 inches, all using OLED technology. Battery capacities vary between 6,510mAh and 8,000mAh across the lineup. All models operate on Vivo’s OriginOS 7 software platform.
