The 67th Thessaloniki International Film Festival, scheduled to run from November 5 to 15, has unveiled the films competing in its Meet the Neighbors+ and >>Film Forward competition sections.

The festival established a judging panel for the section composed of Cristina Cassano, head of Contemporary Italian Cinema Promotion at Cinecittà; filmmaker Sofia Exarchou; and Anne Østerud, a film editor. The competition features monetary prizes including a 10,000 euro award for the Golden Alexander – Michel Dimopoulos Award and a 5,000 euro prize for the Silver Alexander for best direction. Jurors will also determine awards for best actor and actress, with potential additional recognition for screenplay and artistic achievement.
