We view it as but one gust from the ill winds of transnational repression that are blowing across our world.”Thursday’s deportation marks the first confirmed instance of deportees being transferred from the US to Uganda.The 12 people reportedly landed at the Entebbe International Airport, some 40 kilometres (25 miles) from Kampala, by private aircraft.
