Ziggi’s Coffee announced the appointment of Stacey Pool to the position of chief growth officer. Pool brings extensive marketing and branding experience from her previous roles, most recently serving as chief marketing officer at FullSpeed Automotive, a franchised system operating approximately 900 units.
Pool previously held the role of chief marketing officer at Noodles & Company for a four-year period that concluded in 2024. During her tenure there, she focused on improving guest loyalty metrics and strengthening brand growth initiatives. Earlier in her career, she spent more than nine years at Vail Resorts serving as senior vice president of corporate marketing. According to her LinkedIn profile, Pool officially commenced her role at Ziggi’s Coffee in June.
Ziggi’s described Pool’s arrival as occurring during a significant period for the company. The chain is marking its 10th year of franchising operations, with 120 locations currently operational and an additional 200 units in development. Pool will oversee unit development strategy, identify high-value expansion opportunities, and establish long-term growth roadmaps. Her responsibilities will encompass accelerating unit expansion, entering new markets, and enhancing profitability at individual store locations.
The coffee chain has demonstrated substantial growth momentum in recent years, beginning 2023 with 65 units and finishing that year with 115 locations. By the close of 2025, the chain had 107 franchised units and eight company-owned locations. Colorado represents the chain’s largest market concentration, with 54 locations in that state. Ziggi’s operates alongside other rapidly expanding independent coffee chains, including Scooter’s, Dutch Bros, and Seven Brew, all of which have achieved significant unit counts in recent years.
