Subject to the additional restrictions below, the Moody Gardens Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal U. S. residents of Texas 18 years of age and older who reside within the 31-county Dallas Fort Worth Market as defined by Comscore. Employees and contractors of WFAA-TV, Inc. (“Sponsor”), TEGNA Inc., Moody Gardens (“Promotional Sponsor”) and each of their respective affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter or to win. The Sweepstakes will begin on June 3, 2026 and end on June 14, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
